What do you like most?
Netaffinity offers the perfect blend of sophisticated technology and human interaction. I feel they understood the requirements of the hotel and had the technology and knowledge tohelp us achieve our goals. The onboarding process was simple and straightforward. Booking engine is easy to navigate and user friendly. Our account manger Marion makes sure we are constantly updated with all the relevant data and our performance results are discussed on monthly bases. She is always on hand to provide support and constructive feedback. Emails and phone calls are always responded to in a quick and efficient manner. The whole support team is friendly and helpful. From the technical point of view- they are constantly updating and improving their system so we always have the most up to data and comprehensive information available. The impact of Netaffinity products on our hotel’s revenue has been remarkable. We have seen a significant increase in direct bookings conversion rate since the beginning of our partnership.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More options when it comes to the voucher sale reporting as to be able extract data in easier format i.e. - vouchers sold in last 7 days, or from and to without exporting all vouchers sold to one spreadsheet .
