What do you like most?
*Bookings are easy to enter. *Invoicing agents is very easy. *The multitude of reports that I can get *Integration with Booking.com and expedia is easy to do.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
*Creating special rates with a code I cannot get sorted. that needs to be easy to do. to do promos etc. *When blocking dates out, it would be fantastic to be able to put a note so you remember why it is blocked. *I would love a customized invoice report to check off what invoices I have for the month to send them off and to tick off when paid.
