What do you like most?
Not much anymore. I can't give any positive pointers for this company once a very good company that I was happy to support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything, After being taken offshore from NZ owned to Canada. The price has doubled there is no help or support outside of business hours mon-friday. Constant double bookings from them having such a delay with the guest booking from and OTA by the time it uploads into the seekom management booking system then another booking comes in. On discussing with them to rectify the problem they continue to blame OTAs.
