What do you like most?
We have been a Protel customer since 2018 and have particularly appreciated the extensive functions, the good adaptability and the customer service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer support has deteriorated extremely since the acquisition of Planet. The waiting time for support requests has become very, very long, and almost no one can be reached by phone anymore. We are absolutely dissatisfied at the moment.
