What do you like most?
We love that Akia's Text Messaging service sends guest messages to everyone on our team at the same time, which has been so helpful in increasing the rate of response to guest issues. We love the second notification if the message has not been responded to.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Akia's AI sometimes leaves a little to be desired. About half of the time, it is helpful for sending uncomplicated messages (for example: "you're welcome" in response to "thank you." However other times, the response makes little sense and we have to send a follow up message to the guest apologizing. I wish there was an easy way to report auto responses from AI that don't make sense so that it could learn as it goes
