What do you like most?
Over the course of the thirty plus years that I have spent in the hospitality industry, I have used several other Property Management Systems and innRoad beats them all. With innRoad you have customizable set-up options to meet your needs. It is a powerful Property Management System yet so easy to use that I can teach a new hire to make or cancel reservations as well as check-in or out guest in just a few minutes. Switching to innRoad was the single best time saving decision I have ever made. It gives me more time to spend accommodating guests and our reviews have improved as a result. I also like the ease and power of the Booking Engine and Channel Manager. Since switching to innRoad 3 years ago, our occupancy is up 32% and our revenue has nearly doubled. I could not be happier with this great software. I would highly encourage any hotelier to consider making the switch to innRoad today. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
innRoad is perfect for our midsized independent hotel and I personally would not change a thing. It works great for me.
