What do you like most?
Guesthub filled a gap for us we had been trying to resolve for some time - well designed pre and post stay messages, and an app to assist guests with their stay and messaging. Their development team even worked closely with us to get the message design into something professional that we liked. Their integration with SkyTouch PMS made this all automatic. The core of their suite of apps - Requests - allows our guests a direct way to communicate with us, and with the integration, ensures we have accurate guest information before, during and after their stay. While we don't use the in app ordering for logistics reason, having our restaurant menu available to guests in the web app helps promote our dining offerings. The back end allows our front desk and housekeeping team to track requests effectively and collaborate to get the guest what they need when they need it. The Lost and Found portion of the app gives us an easy to use interface to track guest items furthering that communication between the front desk, housekeeping and the guest. Being cloud based, the enire suite is quick to get up and running, tested and into production with great support from the GuestHub team. The team is eager to always improve and they take suggestions and feedback seriously. Then they implement those suggestions!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some work needed to be done to improve software response times in certain cases. They responded and now speeds have greatly increased - lightning fast. SMS integration would also help a great deal, and I believe they are working on this as well.
