What do you like most?
Being able to send out quick communications to our guest via text or sms has made it so effortless and easy. Our Hotel Chatbots are about to offer support with questions via live chat. This has made booking incredibly easy for our guest and has improved our service scores. The upselling software has made collecting ancillary revenue a breeze by offering upsell and upgrade options to our guest, they can even include a package.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish the upselling software was able to track guest previous upgrade/upsell purchases when they stay at another property within our chain in order to be able to track the guest prefrences.
