What do you like most?
I really appreciate the excellent support – responses are quick, and the webinars as well as the online guides are very helpful. The ability to send both target-group-specific and automated campaigns makes our work much easier. I also like the regular live webinars, which keep us up to date and help us get the most out of the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the system can be a little slow when navigating between functions. The support costs also feel quite high compared to other providers. Reducing these would make the overall package even more attractive.
