Dailypoint is a powerful tool, but it's not a walk in the park. Our tip: Clarify the basics beforehand in your hotel and, most importantly, WITH your team. Who is responsible? Which processes need to be established or updated? How will the team be technically onboarded and supported? The better the preparation, the faster you'll see the benefits. Those who do this homework beforehand will have a CRM that doesn't just sit there, but actually delivers results.
