The fact that the CRM has a wide range of options and endless possibities. The degree of precision in selecting a target group is also excellent.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The flexibility in layout creation and change in the newsletter tool. Indeed, it takes quite some time to submit a layout and then for it to be put into place.
