Unfortunately, due to the various systems used in hotels, they do not have the opportunity to recognize guests and take the right action for guests. dailypoint removes all SILOs at this point and collects, cleans, and uniquifies guest profiles from 3rd party systems. And thanks to the unique data, it provides the most important first step for both marketing teams and the hotels doing loyalty management to create personalized e-mail marketing according to the interests of the people and accordingly creating advocacy customers.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

PMS systems are the main source of guest profiles in hotels. Accordingly, one of the biggest dreams of hoteliers is that the data in the PMS is unique and kept up to date. dailypoint is a powerful CDM and thanks to its 2way integration with OPERA PMS and SUITE8, it is the biggest feature that differentiates it from its competitors by collecting guest data, cleaning it, and writing the profiles it individualizes back to the PMS system. In this way, the main source PMS, which is the biggest dream of hotels, will have up-to-date and unique guest data.
