Answer:

Make sure you leverage 100% of DailyPoint. For this, it is extremely important for managers to be trained on the tool as well in order to be able to devise the right marketing strategies. DailyPoint support is great so they will guide you step by step.

Offers sent via Dailypoint are easy to prepare and ready to send in few seconds (f.e. during conversation with guest).

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

If we could receive the "deposit" field from our PMS it would allow us to fully automize our booking process.

Screen Design in some points - but this is just a small detail considering the great amount of functionalities dailypoint has.

-it is very easy to create an offer. -it is super easy to send a confirmation. -it is very convenient to create some template and automatize guest relation.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

When the guest is responding to our Registration Form, it would be better to directly receive it by email instead of having to open daily point.
