Since we are confirming our reservations with dailypoint it is pretty awesome to be able to see, if and at wich time and date the guest read the mail. Also the possibility to adjust all textcomponents pretty easily is good. The Customer Support's reaction time on questions, feedback and so on, could be described as pretty much instant.
