What do you like most?
Luxe is a great tool for Front Desk teams. It is easy to use and has all of the items an agent needs to complete the task of upselling with ease. Matthew is beyond hands on and so willing to help at all times to ensure the team is set up for success and ready.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We just launched at my new property, but at this time everything has been working well. Looking forward to our integration to our kiosks too.
