What do you like most?
The service has always been very good. Almost anytime of day or night and return calls are very prompt. Software is intuitive and consistent. The application has never been “down” since we have used and enhancements are timely and withoit bugs. It really does everything we need.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Additional services like automed (Ai) pricing embedded within the software would be nice. More integration within other applications such as call center, and other reporting apps would be nice. Also, would like to see enhancements to the rewards program functionality as that piece is not great.
