What do you like most?
- The system provides very quick access to data that we use every day. - It very clearly shows all the right points of interest for planning labor and expenses. - The format that is used makes it very easy to search past, present or future data that we use for decision making. - We have enrolled in several regular trainings that are offered and clearly explained upon opening the program. - The trainings were interesting and addressed the areas which we needed to understand better.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- There could be more clarity when looking at progress mid-month to reflect a clear difference between actual and forecasted numbers. - Keep forecasted numbers available for reference after actuals have been updated - Currently, the numbers look the same whether they are the forecast or the actuals have been loaded into the system. - It would help to have the ability to compare our payroll tracking system with the numbers reflected in Actabl so that we can ensure all hours have been included in the totals.
