What do you like most?
What I like most is the follow-up they do with the hotel, always taking into account the category, style, and storytelling we want to convey without being intrusive. I also like that the results of the actions we take can be measured.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They could work with Artificial Intelligence to generate images, or even have recommendations with images appear. The rest is fine so far.
