What do you like most?
The 2 consultants. I can’t speak highly enough of Xin Dai and Colin — they have truly been the best consultants I’ve ever worked with. Their expertise, responsiveness, and dedication to ensuring our success have been exceptional from start to finish. They not only provided excellent technical support but also took the time to understand our unique business needs and challenges, offering practical, well-thought-out solutions at every stage. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the entire project experience both productive and enjoyable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While report generation currently takes a relatively long time and could benefit from performance optimization, the overall system experience is an improvement compared to Opera V5.
