What do you like most?
Segmentation is very easy and allows us to really narrow down to a specific audience. The CRM goes hand-in-hand with that and provides an excellent way to send out automated emails.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The ONLY thing I would very much appreciate would be a click map that allows me to visually see on the mails what buttons or in-line text is being clicked. This would help to see how we can improve our emails even further beyond the analytics already provided.
