What do you like most?
The system makes managing reservations and room blocks much easier. The tape chart and reports are very clear and help us track performance. Check-in and assignment features save a lot of time for our front desk staff.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile version could be more responsive for on-the-go access. It would be great to have more customizable report options. Occasional system lags should be optimized for smoother operation.
