What do you like most?
The Viato team does everything possible to answer questions very quickly, offering solutions and developing alternative offers, and implementing them quickly. It was always a pleasure to experience their reliability, which is unusual in this market environment. We had unusual requests that were implemented; we hadn't expected this, and we were surprised by the positive response. If something wasn't possible, they gave a friendly explanation, which we were always able to accept.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
During our time working with Viato, the system improved quickly and adapted well to the market. Therefore, we have no complaints other than the lack of an interface to our new PMS.
