What do you like most?
I love using zingle when I am working, such a fast and convient way to connect with our guest when it comes asking how their stay is going and getting/following up with request.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
it could be improved by allowing us to message more international numbers and sending multiple recipients at once on all devices, only certain computers I'm on are able to access this function. And sometimes the messages says "message will send in 5 hours" which doesn't help when we have to inform a guest on something
