What do you like most?
The platform is really clear and intuitive, easy to use. And the Chat system is very well done, I always get helpful and friendly aswers very fast from the poeple working there.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The istallation of all the system was a little complicated at the beginning, but we were helped by the counter team. Once you get used to the new system it is really helpful to spare time and organize all activities of a Hostel
