What do you like most?
Bookings are easy to create and manage. The channel manager works without any problems. Changes are made quickly as far as direct bookings are concerned. Invoices are issued quickly and also booked quickly according to the payment method. The statement of account is very helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice to have access to the fees when creating the booking. I often have guests who stay tax-free. Unfortunately, I have to send them a confirmation with fees first and credit them afterwards. In the ChannelManager I would like to have one or the other interface more, such as Atraveo, Tui, Travanto. These bookings make still more work.
