What do you like most?
The onboarding team of the company was great. After that, the dedicated team was subpar. They do make a nice website,Unfortunately they dont integrate well with other features.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Start being proactive to your client's needs. The mentality of we are like a gym membership we don't do anything that you don't ask for, was probably the worst excuse I have ever heard from a supposed full marketing company. If we treated our hotel guests the way this company treats their clients we would be out of business.
