What do you like most?
Our management group has been with myDigitalOffice for many years now. What I can say, is they are constantly evolving with the needs of the industry. Very in touch with what it takes to keep with the latest technology data trends in hospitality. If there is an issue, which is rare, their support staff is always quick to resolve, and extremely attentive. The executive team knows us by name, and that's refreshing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Discounted pricing, as the industry is still in a downturn. Although, I know it's hard on everyone, including hotel data platforms such as yourselves.
