What do you like most?
I am a big fan of how incredibly easy it is to browse through applicants and quickly dismiss or approve potential candidates. I also appreciate how it shows when job postings expire, so it helps to weed through the candidates before they expire. Also like how they alert you when there are new unread applicants.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish that they would list the candidates who lived the closest FIRST. I've scrolled through some great candidates just to find out that they live really far away. One piece of advice when using Workpop, make sure to sign up with the correct address. I signed up with my personal email because it wasn't made clear to me that I should sign up with my work email. And now I have accounts with both emails and it's just messy...
