What do you like most?
Hub OS Housekeeping software is extremely user friendly everyone in the department can use it easily and having everyone on the same platform is great for communication. Hub OS Housekeeping has assisted to improve housekeeping productivity and diagnose common defects and improve processes. Room assigning is easy and efficient with the Hub OS and if fully integrated with the Hub OS Maintenance, allowing for better planning of room cleaning and guest requirements. There is significant amount of reports available from Hub OS which can assist with daily reviews of productivity, common defect analysis and elimination and target training needs aligned with data from inspections. Hub OS has seamless integration with other operational software allowing for easy two way communication via 2 way interface and hand held devices. Hub OS is an extremely stable platform with eliminates downtime between departments and allows for integration of tasks across departments to improve overall service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing at this point - I am extremely happy with Hub and the responsiveness of the Hub team to improve the system based on recommendations is first class.
