What do you like most?
I love that MEWS is so easy to use, and many things like generating a reservation confirmation work super quickly and easily.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The MICE tool should definitely be developed further. As soon as we can see further progress for the MICE area, we will probably use this too for our hotel.
