What do you like most?
- The team showed advanced knowledge in the hospitality vertical and great vision for evolving the product along with the tech move. - Incredible attention to details. - The product helped in increasing the direct booking, enhancing pre and digital check-in, and elevating the Guest experience. - The App is helping in establishing a faster and easier communication with our guests at all stages of the travel journey. - The product has a major role for converting the Guest Journey to digital specially with the introduction of new COVID-19 related measures and practices. - Seamless, secure, and instant Integration with our existing platforms. - Easy to deploy and adopt hotels or any content through a simple CMS back-end. - The business model as it offers: free App with low booking transaction fees compared to OTAs or another model based on monthly subscription.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Few glitches / bugs at the back-end specially when updating the content. A new CMS update will be released soon which will solve all those glitches.
