What do you like most?
-Extremely functional and efficient. -Friendly interface. -GREAT customer service. -Applies client feedbacks from regular online surveys to all Clock users -Constant updates and improvements being done -Very up-to-date with new technological advances (for integration purposes) -2way channel manager -Best PMS/POS combination
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
-Channel Manager seldom has error messages and connects to limited channels -Cannot apply dynamic rates on charge templates on the booking process -For it's monthly rate to be slightly cheaper for smaller properties (like myself) to be able to afford it more. Maybe have a computation based on projected income. :)
