What do you like most?
In a world where everything is being digitalized there is this cool chance to do a online mobile check-in/check-out and door opening with only using your phone. This system is important to our hotel values because we really do care about sustainability and environ-friendly actions. We don't need to use all of the key cards anymore!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hotel administrators and guests can see the difference by using hotelbuddy app but now is the time to integrate the housekeeping team with hotelbuddy. Through that it would be so easy to mark the room ready for other guests.
