What do you like most?
After implementing H2O Flow, we could avoid minor reservation-related tasks and traffic jam at the front desk dramatically. Our guests used to wait a long time for checking in, but it is gone now. Lots of guests said it is very quick and easy for checking in and our staff said it is efficient and effective since they can now focus on qualitative guest service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have been experiencing operational flow improvement through this mobile check-in solution, next step will be implementing concierge solution to receive a deep analysis report.
