What do you like most?
My team and I like the direct line to the guests! If they need something they are able to message us through the system. This is convenient and time saving for the guests and for the staff.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ease of use is a huge issue. We have been using it for a long while now and still can not seem to figure out somethings.... When a guest messages us we are not alerted even though we keep them app open consistently to try to make sure we do not miss anything. It would also be nice that if a guest cancels their reservation they no longer receive the welcome or arrival messages and instead receive maybe a confirmation of cancellation? I looked for about 2 hours one day to see if this was something I could figure out. I even messaged support and never heard back. We are consistently fielding calls from people who cancelled their reservations and yet seem to keep getting messages. Also the inhouse task assignment piece does not seem to work at all. It would be an awesome tool if it worked correctly and I was able to shoot messages and requests to my house keepers or staff about guest needs!
