What do you like most?
Screaming a giant shout out to a few of the key players there at Aptech - PVNG in my humbled opinion. Sam Costa, Sabrina Shaffer and Tara L Alexander - Without a single doubt in my mind, the three of you deserve to be recognized. There hasn't been an issue, yet they haven't been able to resolve. If they're unable to resolve, they immediately push it over to their development team to have it included in the next enhancement. They always reply within a timely manner and are some of the friendliest individuals around. Overall, as a current Director of Finance and Accounting Director for a hotel, utilizing your software has been great. At some point in time, I want to transition to the software side of accounting. Being able to collaborate with PVNG has been a pleasure. Within Aptech, I've utilized the new dashboard data features which are phenomenal. I've used different chart and graph features, poked around in just about all many different reports. With how easy the forecast and budget are imported into PVNG, it saves so much time and makes the reports so dang easy to read when you can include the plan details and so many other types of analytics and insights. Keep up the great work, y'all. I look forward to continuing to learn, grow and develope with Aptech - PVNG! This company and the people that work for them deserve the win.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There's really nothing at this time that I can think of that needs to be imporved upon. If there's be anything that I've needed throughout my time working in PVNG, Sam Costa, Sabrina Shaffer and Tara L. Alexander have always been my go to people to get the job done. Everything on my wishlist is coming up on a future enhancement!
