What do you like most?
I enjoy being able to drill down to research prior payments and invoices within the system. The staff at HIA is excellent and respectful to assisting with any system customization needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Compared to other accounting software items I have used in the past (Profit Sword, M3), there are some features not yet available within HIA as of yet.
