What do you like most?
Very easy to use and to search for invoices. I can easily look for any payments that were not made yet for vendors so I can make sure they get paid. I can also check easily for any vendors that were paid so I can let them know we did in fact pay them and send them the backup so they can be aware. It is also very easy to keep track of all of our vendors and then to be able to pull a list at the end of the month and end of year to determine if they are still current. Also, it is very easy to update address information to prevent any delays for payment for the vendors. I always had a positive experience since I used this platform at my form for our invoices payments. It is also easy with doing check payments to print out all of the checks that we would send to vendors to make sure they are getting paid and there is no delay. I like how it tells me when the check is cleared so I can let the vendor know if they are claiming that the check was lost and they never actually received it in the mail. I am glad that we use this system at my hotel each day.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
What could be improved in my opinion is when you are searching for invoices is if you had more options to filter for. Also, it would be easier if you could add multiple scans instead of having to do it one by one when you are doing the invoice uploads. Also, it would be easier if you had a feature for old vendors you do not use as much so you could remove them as a vendor. The one thing I would recommend is if there was a section that had all of the GL code for the hotel so you could drop and down and pick it faster especially if you are using several different GL codes as this takes time having to manually upload each one into PVNG.
