What do you like most?
I'm new to the position and have only been using the software for a couple of months. I'm sure there are some capabilities that I am not yet familiar with. I find the software easy to use when entering invoices and looking at data from the Dailys. Searching for invoices that have already been entered into the system is a helpful feature also when an invoice has already been previously entered, I like how the program alerts me so that I can stop and move forward to the next invoice
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Netchex, different software I know, has a great feature that alows the user to type in a question and then the software walks the user step by step how to complete the task and answers the question. There was a situation where one of my Daily reports had not uploaded to the system correctly. I reached out on how to resolve this problem. The directions that were sent to me could have been a little more detailed. I reached out by email a couple of times explaining that I was new to the position and needed more detailed directions on how to get the data from the Final Audit to HIA so that the data could be uploaded. I ultimately had my regional manager help me to enter the data manually. I think it would be a nice feature if somehow the software could be "trained" to recognize a month when an invoice for a vendor had not been entered when the history shows that in previous months consistently that there had been entries for a particular vendor. This would alert me that possibly a vendor's invoice had been overlooked, and allow be to rectify payment and avoid late charges.
