What do you like most?
It is very suitable for independent hotels, as you have everything you need to manage and administer your inventory, how to sell, how much to sell through the different channels where you have a presence, as well as boost sales through our direct channel.It is intuitive and easy to use for users who are perhaps not so expert, you do not need more than on boarding, and put into practice common sense and your basic logic and common sense. I love all the data because it helps me to know in more detail what strategy to implement to boost sales and in which channel, the tools always promote direct sales, as well as Cloudbeds Amplify (digital marketing solutions) very good for mega search engines with an alliance with Cloudbeds and they help us in their campaigns.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Interaction with a local Market Manager, who understands our needs in terms of questions and more detailed advice on the tools, and we can have a face to face and not a chat with people who do not understand the needs of the hotel and destination. It is very superficial and with answers that are not concrete or clear.
