What do you like most?
The "look&feel" it offers at an operational level is its strong point. Thanks to the ease of reaching everything with a "click", it makes the task much simpler and saves a lot of time. Also, when training new staff, you realize they pick it up quickly thanks to how visual and effective the tool is.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Personalized attention for each property. It is very difficult to get service and a quick response. I think each property is important, and sometimes you need immediate attention, which, after many years with them, we used to have.
