What do you like most?

Managing a small property using Eviivo is an efficient and simplified process thanks to the tools and functions offered by this platform. Eviivo acts as a centralized channel manager, meaning you can manage your availabilities and rates across all channels from a single interface. Additionally, if you have your own website, integrate the Eviivo booking engine into your page to allow guests to make reservations directly. As for day-to-day management, all reservations made through distribution channels are centralized in the Eviivo control panel. There you manage reservations, confirm pending reservations and track guest arrivals and departures. Also from the reservations themselves, you automatically generate invoices for guests and configure payment options, such as deposits or advance payments if necessary. Communication with guests is also done through the eviivo platform, both before, during and after the stay. And, most importantly, whenever you need help or technical assistance, you have the support team behind you to help you.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

For the system to be perfect, it would be necessary to have the possibility of sending guest data to the authorities more automatically
