What do you like most?
There are so many training materials that accompany each ofthe classes. The teams regulary go back to these materials and use them. The ability for the teams to hear the playback and identify areas where they can improve is valuable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More language options for our Spanish speaking teams would be beneficial. Some of the translations have been a challenge. However, my understanding is that it is being addressed.
