What do you like most?
Good flexibility and ability to customize appearance on guest facing end. Billing function for reservatiosn has good cross-function when used as deposit system for event spaces.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Can often be glitchy, and we have had mutiple issues arise where innroad support says "We don't know what's going on." Some functions (blocking rooms, changing prices, changing rules, aren't as intuitive as they should be for new users).
