What do you like most?
The use of Hotel-Spider enables transparent control of rates, availability and categories in combination with the PMS system. It is obvious that the further development of the system is being actively pursued and that suggestions from customers / users are also incorporated as ideas. Especially the support by the employees stands out clearly from the support of some well-known competitors in terms of service coverage!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment I couldn't name any points which of mine would be relevant for us as users. It might be possible to work on the awareness of Hotel-Spider, as there were still some people in my circle of friends (e.g. revenue managers, GMs) who did not know the product.
