What do you like most?
Sonifi is super easy to use both for our guests and for staff. They now have Google Chromecast as an option as well which makes connecting to TVs with the inexpensive dongle super easy and familiar to many guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system lacks flexibility to customize in certain areas of how content is displayed to guests. Also, they tend to commercialize content which tends to detract from the user experience.
