Sonifi is super easy to use both for our guests and for staff. They now have Google Chromecast as an option as well which makes connecting to TVs with the inexpensive dongle super easy and familiar to many guests.

What do you like most?

- Easy to use when working properly - Fulfills basic needs of guests - Ability to shut movies off if no payment provided by guest

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

- Customer service is subpar - Often try to switch things even with contract - Does not have the most up to date technology - Will only allow movies to be shut off for 7 days at a time - very time cons...

What do you like most?

The content available is really great and up to date. We get movies that are still in theaters in our guest rooms which guests love. I also like that there aren't many technical problems.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The user interface isn't always the best on the management side. When we do have problems with a guest room entertainment, we have to apply the refund on multiple systems, rather than just our POS.

Minimal Technology issues. Service is very good.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The system is out dated and the pricing on the pay per view is to high.

From a service standpoint the local rep is very good. He is quick to respond and pleasant to work with.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

In todays day and age they don't seem as progressive as they should be. They don't extend a welcoming hand to try new technologies out-if they have them.

What do you like most?

They provided pay per view services which guests have come to expect.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Sonifi charges a lot of money for a service that doesn't have many differentiators and guests often complain that the interface isn't very intuitive.
