What do you like most?
We opened our hotel in Paris earlier this year and where looking for an all-in-one solution, we picked HotelConnect and are very happy. I recommend everyone that is opening a new hotel to try HotelConnect. They gave us an online training in French and even helped us with the website.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system is available in French and works fine, but there are still some words that should be translated differently. Our account manager is aware of this and it should be correctly early next year, so let's see :)
