What do you like most?
I love the fact that messages can be scheduled as per the type of the guest - that is if he is corporate or returning or here for a family visit. Its all automated so I do not need to rely on anyone from my front desk to do so. The style of the messages is wonderful and its great that it can be an em ail or a message or sent via whatsapp or facebook messaging system. The booster messages, by which I can communicate what is going on is also excellent function. It saves me printing letters about fire drills or informing guest about events. The whole communicating with guest prior to arrival is a great way to earn finances from room upgardes and additional services so its a great way to earn extra revenue.All in all I love the fact that bookboost does the communication on my behalf with the guest and thus providing somewhat of a concierge online system. The support team are very helpful and always here when I need help with functionality and how to set things up in the best manner.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love if you could work on messages such as birthday messages and so on. All the data are there in the PMS system that you are integrated with! We are also strugling with the unsubscibe button. I know though that you are working on both for us to have.
