Love the house guide feature as well as the whatsapp / messaging options. Our communication with the guests has improved to the perfect level.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A follow up feature would be great, for example when a guest sends an issue, or a complaint. To mark a "to do" or "follow up" would be amazing.
