What do you like most?
Before Lynx, we wasted so much time running around locking and unlocking properties, making new keys, rekeying locks, addressing lock outs and lost keys. Installing Lynx at all of our homes has saved us more time and more money that we can even calculate. Having remote access to our properties is a lifesaver to both us and our guests. We are so impressed with Lynx that we have begun installing compatible thermostats at our properties so they will be on the same system. Definitely worth every penny.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We prefer to be self sufficient. WHen installing our locks, the initial setup required us to be on the phone with a tech to activate the lock. This may no longer be the process but that is the only thing we've experienced that could have been improved. Otherwise every interaction we've had has been great.
