The Software is a great tool to pass over to each department. it allows you to stay connected even when you are away from the Hotel. Advice to others would be to use the excellence customer service they provide. Take the time to learn about the software so it can be used to its full potential.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I find the software over all very good. There had to be some changes made like being able to amend things after midnight.
