What do you like most?
With ASA we have a perfect overview of all our bookings and can easily design individual offers, create bookings, manage the waiting list, store cancellations, and much more. Even for career changers, ASA is a logical program and easy to learn. We can not only handle the classic offers / bookings here, but also store a lot of information: starting with the preferences of our guests, allergies / intolerances, other comments, etc. In addition to the "classic" booking program, we also use ASA for our spa department, in order to be able to correctly store the employees and applications there. With ASA you have a great overview and without this hotel software I couldn't imagine working in our resort. For our team leaders and the management we can look at the statistics on a daily basis, such as how the bookings are developing, and we also have clear printouts of all the arrivals and departures as well as the occupied rooms on a daily basis. We also see the birthdays, wedding anniversaries, etc. of our guests here, so that we can take care of them accordingly. We have recently started using our iPads with ASA, guests can view the data protection declaration here or when checking out, the billing is checked here together with the guest.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
ASA is constantly evolving and there are always new updates. We always have a contact person for questions or problems. Certain matters could be dealt with a little faster, but this is high level whining as there are very few problems.
