ZHS has been vital in the success of our hotel, providing an easy booking journey for guests and the ability for our team to adapt and improve rates, room types and packages as we go. - Clear booking journey for guests -easy to use for our team -great reporting system breaking down everything we need. - Clear invoicing separate for guests and corporations. - Great onboarding process, quick and easy. - Quick and easy support line. - Helps to convert add on sales. - Good ability to create packages, promo codes, etc to develop business. - Quick replies from all their team. - Friendly service and knowledgable team. - Always developing more within the system to improve it for hotels. - Amazing at listening to feedback and developing accordingly. - Good training alongside it, available even after onboarding for anything you want to put into place. - Easy ability to adapt and improve room types as the business grows. - Good and easy integration with third party sites. - Integrates well with till system and other zonal products such as toggle and airship.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Editable text messages personalized to guests and hotel -e- signatures to save on printing. - Joiner rooms across different styles to block as booked.
